My expenses are small and I don't spend much (try not to) so like others I just check into my ccs regularly, more to make sure that the purchases are mine and nothing fraudulent shows up

I'm pretty set on how things are paid, with three diff bank accounts and three diff cards..I'm good

All with diff purposes.. I used to have more bank accounts but I've closed a few and now check my investments instead.

I personally use spreadsheets for managing the accounts, expenses but in office we use the paid tool for managing the expenses and accounts, the cloud based expense reporting software from Replicon. The tool is basically cloud based, featured with user friendly and calender based interface. Check out the link to the same -

I actually looked up moneywiz and it looks promising. The fact that there aren't versions for Windows or Android plus the lack of the ability to track investments are a deal breaker for me.
