Some merchants still have carbon copy machines! Mostly seen at craft fairs, when the power goes out, or a card isn't being read. Until all the CC issuers lean on businesses (and we're talking mostly the sole proprietors/small businesses) to upgrade to mobile payments, raised numbers have a place.

RE: Coin. Yes, I would totally buy in except I use Windows Phone OS and they do not support it. I emailed them last night to voice my opinion.
Citi Forward ($10.1K), AmEx Blue Cash Everyday ($30K), Chase Freedom ($12.4K), Discover it ($5.5K), Barclaycard Arrival ($12.5K), L.L. Bean Visa ($5K). FICO 806 (TU), 812 (EQ), 806 (EX).

They need to get on the ball. Square Reader exists.

I enjoy flying under popular culture's radar with the efficient, responsive, beautifully designed Windows 8 platform. And I try every day to convert non-believers. :beat:

For me, the biggest benefit is the Nokia Lumia line has smartphone cameras that leave everyone else in the dust. The idea that my next phone will have RAW capability?

Actually, just one writer that didn't fully make use of the 1020's features. I can find articles that put the Lumia 1020 ahead. In personal use, my 920 beats every other camera phone I've compared it to. The comments are most telling; seems most of the readers think the author did a poor comparison test.
