How much are you going to make (gross)?

How much taxes have you paid?

How much have you paid in deductions (heatlh insurnace, child support, 401k and HSA)?

1. It depends. On whether I stay where I am - could be downsized, or choose to move on. I never assume job security as I know it doesn't exist. Also there is a remote possibility of a raise, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on that.

2. No idea. I don't even look, they are going to take whatever they feel like taking, and it will just hack me off to see a dollar figure, and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm lucky they let me have any of what I earn.

3. Again no idea. I pay x per paycheck for health insurance, but in a sense it doesn't matter as you have to have it or they will chisel the money from you one way or another. Don't have child support, don't contribute to a 401k (don't believe in them) and no HSA.

So basically, I really don't know the answers to those questions. Some I can't know, others I don't care to know so as to avoid getting upset over things I can't control. All I will say in addition about #2 is "too much" and most especially for what little we get for it, and leave it at that.
