Same here (I work for a large Univ as well) and I wore jeans with a polo shirt for the longest. Recently I've decided to ditch the jeans in favor of some Khaki's as I find myself wanting to look somewhat more professional as I interact with high level management/execs from time to time, Plus I like to look good...I'm recently single and I'm young, why not!
