I try to dress up from time to time because I enjoy it, but when I'm running late in the mornings it's all skinny jeans, chiffon top and toms shoes

Heh. I have a few. Exposed when dressed casually but completely covered by a suit.

For example - this runs the length of my spine from about C5 to L1:

working in health care management is mostly collard shirt and dress pants, im right off the rack from Brooks brothers with a fair bit of tailoring involved. outta work im much more laid back with nice straight fit jeans and theory buttoned down shirt and driving shoes. When i have to fancify i go all out with Armani Black Label, they have an amazing cut and my suit guy in Boston gets the absolute best stuff from them. I'll blow good money on good clothes, especially with me quality lasts, and when you take care of it right it means spending 3 grand on a suit that will last 10+ years.

You sir have it right.

Nothing but nothing delivers a statement better than a good fitting suit or quality clothing.

I rotate my suit colors (black, charcoal, pinstripe grey, tan, white) and sometimes mix it up a bit by wearing a skirt (usually a plain black one). I also add flare on random by wearing an "uncommon" blazer color like carnegie blue.

I get my work attire from Ann Taylor, Express, New York & Company, J. Crew, and Banana Republic.

This lady sounds stylish.

I'm a button down, jeans, and dress shoes guy. 90% of my button downs come from Express. You will always catch me with some loafers. They vary in style from Steve Madden all the way to Prada.

Sometimes I will dress up and do a button down and no tie with slacks. Sometimes I will add a skinny tie but leave the top button open. I wear regular ties with shirts for important meetings and suits for interviews and ops reviews.
