A coworker told me about that show. Man there's a reality show about almost everything these days. Whats next? A show about a family of morticians? Or people that eat thier boogers?

There is a show called My Strange Addictions where people eat or do weird things so your boogers eating show might have been covered. I think I read the other day that some lady had a thing for eating car tires.

There are people that will do weird things just for the attention and some just enjoy sharing their affection for coffee enemas.

And then spends 10 minutes arguing with the checker. Where do these idiots come from anyway?

I hate those people as well. Most of the time if I have to spend more than a few minutes to explain the policy I will just get my manager to tell them they cannot use a online coupon along with a paper one. One per item! Then depending on my mood, and their attitude, I may enforce our 2/3 limit on each type of coupon.
Discover IT - $5,700
Chase Freedom - $5,700
Costco Citi - $13,000
Sallie Mae - $4,000
Chase Sapphire Preferred - $6,000
Chase Sapphire Reserve - $19,500
Citi Double Cash - $6,500
Amex BCE - $13,000

FICOs: Discover (777), SallieMae (764), Amex (767), Citi (772)
FAKOs: CK- TU (760), EQ (760)

I wouldn't doubt it. Back in my party animal days I put expensive stuff up my nose but never wanted to pull anything out. :oooo

I was just called to my attention just how F'd up the system is. Today we had a very real looking American Express traveler's check come back. The reason: 5 checks with the exact same number were issued within a short time of each other and all on the same day. The bank accepted it and Amex paid it then almost 3 weeks after it was cashed Amex caught it and the bank pulled back the funds. Guess who lost at this game and no, it wasn't the person who passed it, they used a fake name and fake driver's license so it's doubtful they will ever be caught. The easiest guy to hang out to dry is the poor innocent merchant trying to make an honest living who signed the back of it and tried to deposit in his account.

I can't wait for the next one to hit the fan. Someone accepted an organization check from the American Dental Association. It appears to be a very real check watermarks and everything was there. It was verified as a good check through their bank. Our bank accepted it and their bank paid it, so it cleared. My issue was it appears to have been signed well scribbled "Real Dumb@$$" The idiot who accepted it didn't get an ID because well, it was the American Dental Association. I don't question it was authentic and one of the organization's checks, but was the usage authorized? I guess I just found it odd the ADA paid for a $1,500 lawn mower.
