Chase QuickPay

Postby jwblue » Mon Mar 04, 2013 9:56 am

For the people that have used it.

If a person receiving the money clicks on the "Accept" button for payment, is is 100% guaranteed that the person will receive the payment? Is there any way the money would not be received?

I am guessing a person sending the money could initiate the transfer through QP, then withdraw the funds before the payment is accepted by the other person. Would the QP system know that the funds are no longer available in the sender's account?

Is that even possible?

When I sent money with QuickPay, it left my account as soon as I sent the email. I'm a Chase customer, for what it's worth.

Once the person receiving the money click the "Accept" button, there's no way to reverse the transaction. They will certainly get the money once they click accept.
