It might indeed affect it...I was wondering about the same thing now that I have a Freedom card. But I don't think Chase banks in my state and banking regulations are still very state based in this day and age.

EDIT: Confirmed. I cannot apply for a Chase Checking or Savings account from my home state since they don't bank there.
Cards:
American Express Platinum (NPSL)
Penfed Platinum Reward Visa ($28K)
Chase Freedom Visa ($25K)
Fidelity American Express ($20K)
American Express Blue Cash Preferred ($20K)
Bank of America Cash Rewards MasterCard ($20K)
Citi Thank You Preferred Visa ($9.5K)
Chase Sapphire Preferred ($7.5K)
US Bank Cash + Visa Signature ($7K)
Discover IT ($4K)

I didn't know Chase didn't bank in every state since its one of the biggest banks in the nation (always in the top 5, varies by report). I just looked at their website and their Branch locator page and it appears that they don't bank in Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine. And probably Hawaii and Alaska.
AMEX BCE ($20,000), Citi Forward ($6,800), Discover IT ($5,250), BoA Travel Rewards ($1,800)

The 10+10 program where you get extra 10% extra points per dollar spent (so it's like 1.1%).

I think it used to give you 10 bonus points per transaction, but I believe they stopped doing that, but some people are grandfathered into the old program.

Will the 10% bonus points be used on CC use or checking acct use?

I guess I am not sure how this program works....
