Perhaps it might be good to get additional people to help you with the queued moderation of new members. That way it doesn't take up to 24 hours for their posts to show up if theres more moderators.

Overall though, I think the setup is a good idea.

I think the current system has showed itself to work quite well. It allows the admin to have a life outside of it and also keep filter dodging indian spammer scum out of our business. Also it keeps things constructive and helpful above all else which is what it was designed to do.

props to the admin, first rounds on me, if we ever meet.
