Yeah good luck with the position I hope you get it.
I worked for Wells Fargo as a contractor in IT so I was never technically their employee. But I can tell you a little late that they all talk the same, behind the scenes at the corporate office. It's a lot of buzzword-laden generalities. For laughs sometimes I used to tell the guy who sat by me what someone on the phone would say next, and nailed it a good percentage of the time. I found they ALL looked, dressed, acted, talked, and thought alike. It was almost kind of creepy. But I came to realize that wasn't by accident. It's an old bank that values conformity above all else. Besides profits of course.
That was in the corporate office, most likely at the branch you won't be exposed to as much of that.
Also I'm sure you are aware before you do get in the door the background process might take some time. It took over a month for me. Just an FYI.
