I've been through high level government security. Polygraphs are completely worthless. They are completely unreliable. It is only law enforcement agencies that insist on using them and that is because the senior officers that manage those things are just too dumb to know the tests are worthless. The scientific evidence says they are crap and that is why courts have banned their use for trials, employment, and most everything else.

I work full-time in a hospital emergency room that serves the greater Atlantic City area. Also I am a bartender on the side for a few hours a week. Going back to school next fall to go for my master's in biology or maybe chemistry.

I am a college professor teaching HR classes to graduating seniors, helping them enter the job market. I also am an energy broker, peddling gas, electric, wireless, high speed internet, cable. I also own a small consulting firm targeted at job seekers.

Anyone wanting help or advice in the job market that's what these forums are for. Or if anyone wants to start collecting residual income feel free to inquire. Knowledge is only power when you can apply it correctly. Timing is everything in business.

Very cool profession. Hard on the eyes, well atleast that's my observation. How do you combat fatigue?

Took a tour once of the air traffic control room and it was quite impressive. Especially the hand-offs.
