OT: me SMOKING a new Cobra GT500.... :)

Postby FastSRT8 » Fri Aug 31, 2012 12:20 am

Should have posted a better time BUT the day was warm and sadly my supercharger belt was slipping... didn't see full boost (ran 5psi rather than the 10 it was tuned for). CLICK photo for video...

Will go again when now that the belt is tightened and the weather is cooler... should see 11 second 1/4 mile times!

Timeslips for proof LOL

Interesting that you ran a slower time in the first race with a faster r/t, faster 60', and higher trap. What were the conditions? Did it cool off between runs?

Once upon a time, I used to kill ZR1 Vettes in my WRX wagon. Those days are long gone, as is the Subaru.

Hahahah yeah, on the second run, I overshot the staging light and reversed back to restage. I didnt game back farenough and the countdown started before I could get ready. This my reaction time was crap.
