Discover offers concierge on an individual account-level basis. Not all More cards have it. Just call them to have it added.

from what I was told no Discover card has concierge service. they have travel deals with car rentals and maybe hotels, but not concierge service unless they added this within the last couple of months.

Alright, so I just got off the phone with Discover. The guy told me that the benefits programs for the More generally system-generate based on your usage history. In my case, since I've primarily used my More card for balance transfers, the purchase-related benefits including the My Concierge have not been offered to me at this time. He did say however that if I was to upgrade my card to the Miles or Escape program, the purchase-related benefits would automatically generate by default. Now I have the conundrum of keeping with the 5% quarterly categories or the travel and purchasing benefits. I don't really travel much though so I'll probably stick with the More.

Bringing this back alive. My request wasn't wild by any means, but it certainly was not easy. I'm visiting an old friend, who lives in an area with many lakes, and plan to go grab food together this weekend. So I asked the concierge to find me some restaurants with a lakefront view, and Visa Concierge comes through:

Just submitted another request

I recently went to an Ethiopian restaurant called Makedas in New Brunswick, NJ (http://www.makedas.com/) and their salad was amazing. Can you find out for me how they make the dressing?

I doubt VS will come through with this one. FastSRT8 want to try asking your Centurion concierge? I'm not just testing out the concierge service, I sincerely LOVED the salad and would love to make it myself... I'm a big fan of cooking.

LOL I', not sure if anyone can get you that. It's pretty much like asking for the secret ingredients.
