That's weird. I have the Discover More as well, and I don't seem to have any sort of concierge service on mine. Closest thing I have is the Travel Assistance line. Evidently I don't have built in extended warranty coverage with my purchases either, so the benefits must be tiered somehow.

when you login do a search for 'mybenefits' and the link result will take you there, one of the benefits being MyConcierge

Can we all agree the cheapest Visa Signature, aside from Chase Sapphire, is Chase Hyatt? I want it.

Main Card: Amex Platinum
For gas: Penfed Platinum Cash Rewards
For travel & dining: Chase Sapphire Preferred

do you have to have a concierge service attached to a card? what is your need for this service?

you can go directly to concierge companies for a membership. i believe circles is what amex uses. quintessentially is a great concierge company that in my opinion surpasses all other.
