Nooo... the restaurant is not famous enough for its (free) salad to have be a secret dressing recipe. Would you help a brotha out and find out for me?

Definitely not something out of a bottle. I have tried lots of salad dressings (most people have), and this restaurant's dressing is what I would describe as "exotic," it's like the Bugatti of salad dressings :D My concierge request status says "On-Call Research," so let's see how it turns out.

You should go there and try it out. NYC isn't far from New Brunswick, NJ. The New Brunswick train station is just a few blocks from the restaurant, so you wouldn't even have to drive.

VSC is still working on the dressing recipe... Here's another request I submitted two days ago:

Can you find out for me which mixtape this song is from? I know it's not out on an official album yet, but it might be on a mixtape. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWbHsnLqJkQ

And their response

Thank you for having Visa Signature Concierge assist you with your request. Please take a moment to review the information below at your earliest convenience.
The song can be found online on the following mix tapes:

Street requested 7

Heat 21

FaceOff

We sincerely hope this is the information you were looking for. We were not able to find an official compilation (CD or online) featuring the song.

We remain at your service for further assistance.

All three mixtapes have the song. Very glad for VSC.

VSC came through again.

I had to go to a meeting today in the middle of PA, and I asked VSC to find me a restaurant with outdoor seating that overlooks a body of water. I knew the place had no lakes or rivers near, so I was curious what they would come up with. A few hours later, they emailed me back with a list of 3 places. The first two I did not check because they were restaurants in a hotel and a country club, the third restaurant I went to and was amazed - it overlooks a gigantic water fountain in the center of town!

As of the dressing... still no response.

I don't use concierge on a normal basis since most of the stuff I need can easily be done more efficiently by self research. However, I will be traveling for 4 weeks starting August. I'm sure I'll dial concierge a few times.

Oh, they got me seated at Boa West Hollywood two weeks ago when the place was packed.

Very nice. I have never been there before but definitely am looking forward to going in the future.

I will have a wild request, hopefully, some time this weekend.
