Mortgage paid off.

I sold my rental house. And after everyone got their cut agent and title company I walk away with a substantial amount of pocket change. It's nice to log onto Wells Fargo and see Mortgage "PD IN FULL"

Congrats, mate, that's really a big thing. Had a question on the topic. Should I worry about the rise of mortgage rates? I'm planning to buy an apartment in NY by the end of the year, but now I feel like the situation is unstable, and I don't quite understand how it works. If the rates rise will the price drop? This article suggests that it might be an option https://tranio.com/world/analytics/what ... rise_5344/ What do you guys think?
