Credit Karma TOS Change

Postby Tubpbs » Mon Nov 28, 2016 3:32 pm

Did anyone on here happen to read these changes?

For some reason, I get the feeling they made some sneaky change that allows them to share things that are inappropriate with potential lenders or something like that...

Curious if anyone took the time to read and digest it and wants to share with the group. Thanks.

I read through them. The sneakiest thing they added that I could see was a mandatory arbitration clause. Which has been an epidemic lately.

I see it as very unlikely that I'd ever need to sue CreditKarma, so like everyone else, I'm going to suck it up and deal. But while I understand why businesses like mandatory arbitration clauses (tort lawsuits are completely out of control in this country) they do basically take away any recourse a consumer might have to the legal system when screwed over by a business.
