The problem around here is, we're in one of the areas with a looming 'tech bubble' if tech jobs collapse and places like IBM and Oracle start laying off, it's going to hit hard around here. Probably not as hard as a place like San Francisco or Silicon Valley, or even Austin, but a great majority of the market here is tech positions. Along with a skyrocketing housing/rental market that's due for bubble (mostly the rentals since I can't see anyone paying $2000 for a one bedroom around here, which is exactly what it's approaching).
