You mean like when I called BoA 25 times to Recon a BBR application? (Still Blacklisted, BTW)

Yeah. A little excessive but I had a day off and all my house chores were done for the week.

Oh, Various reasons were given by various analysts.

One of the more memorable ones, Verbatim. "You've added 100K in revolving credit line over the last 7 months, What's the deal?"

So what made you stop at 25? It was just a round number, or was there some other reason?
Love: IHG, Platinum, Sallie Mae, AA Plat, CSP
Like: Discover, ED, BCE, Hyatt, Arrival, Freedom
Might drop: BrooksBros, Prestige (Costco PC?)
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold
Letting new accounts cool off since May
Really not sure what I'll add next or when

It was probably more than 25, actually. That's just where I stopped counting. :lift:

I wonder if any issuers have a blacklist of, or take AA against, people who call and complain too much.

If they do then half of MyFUKO would be on it.

I doubt they have it in that sense (blacklist or AA), but I would be very surprised if they don't have something for that. For example, if a customer frequently calls up making outlandish claims and or threatening people, I would imagine or at least hope that would factored into a chargeback decision for example. I think they must have some sort of interns customer rating. I hope they do but they may not.

I wonder if BOA makes notes of calls like some issuers? Generally, with say, Barclay's, calling more than a couple times is a waste because they just say "I see you already spoke to someone" and they just regurgitate that person's response.

Are we certain they aren't? The way some people get AA over there it wouldn't surprise me at all if they were.
