The garden fans are few and far between to begin with, I've seen so many with sigs that say 'Gardening since 6/4/16.' (as an example to demonstrate short period of time).

I really haven't been back in a couple of weeks, and don't miss it. I'm starting to look more at FlyerTalk and The Points Guy for my credit card news. Now that I have TU and EX from Discover, there's really no reason to resubscribe to their MyFico monitoring service, especially since CreditKarma does essentially the same thing with TU and EQ. I am looking for a free service that monitors EX since Credit Sesame can't be bothered to release your score and report from a paywall (granted their score is not a FICO but a free report would be nice like CK does).
Current Cards: Chase Freedom, Discover IT
Future: TBD

True gardeners don't have to post dates.

When I was on there, I posted date of last inquiry on each bureau as a way to mock the garden folk. :D

But without sharing gardening dates, people can't be +1ed when they go from a plastic spoon to a digging stick.

This is an amazing thread. I'm not gonna lie, I had time on my hands and reading this thread made me laugh because what you all said is true.

I hop on MF like once a year for a short period. Like some posters have said usually their highly concentrated topic is being approved for apps. I found MF when I started building my credit back up 2 years ago and my scores are now 680. Not great, but still a work in progress. I think I was one of the lucky ones who knew not to app for a bunch of credit at once and go crazy with the store cards (I only have 1 store card)l.

The ironic part of the store cards is they app and get a bunch of 200 limit cards then commenitt close sets them down destroying their credit again.

It's like what do you even say, congrats + 1?

I don't post garden dates because I could wait another year, or I could apply for something tomorrow.

All depends on how my income, needs and financial situation changes.

I like the threads where people with bad credit don't just recon a CC denial 7 or 8 times, but also assign various mental disorders to each analyst/CSR that says "no" in succession.

I'd like to read some of those. I think I'm skimming the wrong sections. That sounds extremely entertaining.
Amex - BCP, Platinum, Business Gold
BoA - BankAmericard Cash Rewards
Chase - Freedom, CSP, RC, Ink Plus
Citi - DC, Prestige

LOL

You mean like when I called BoA 25 times to Recon a BBR application? (Still Blacklisted, BTW)

Yeah. A little excessive but I had a day off and all my house chores were done for the week.
