Banks Have Such Terrible Interests Rates

Postby Dylan1982 » Mon Dec 22, 2014 3:05 pm

I opened up a savings account for my son (7 yrs old) with Chase. I was going to open it with my local CU b/c it had a higher interest rate of .10% LOL.

But I stuck with Chase at .01% jsut b/c I have my checking with Chase and my Freedom card with Chase. I like to be able to see everythig under one log in.

I am going to deposit $25/check into his account for him and let it grow.
Chase Freedom - $12,500 (2/2013)
GM Card - $7,700 (7/2002)
CitiBank (Thank You Preferred) - $6,400 (6/2012)

Rogers & Hollands - $3,300 (3/2006)

BestBuy - $1,600 (9/2003)
