Mint Offers Credit Scores

Postby djrez4 » Mon Sep 15, 2014 5:20 pm

Just logged into Mint. They are providing an Equifax score. I assume it's a FAKO, mainly because they don't advertise that it's a FICO. They're also offering to monitor all three bureaus for $17 a month.

On the minus side - it's a FAKO.

On the plus side - Credit Karma monitors Transunion and Credit Sesame and Quizzle monitor Experian, so this is a free way to keep an eye on your Equifax report that was not available before.

Huh...Used to be Experian. The 6-month thing is worthless anyway.

Yep, absolute crap, I don't even have a Quizzle. Was pleasantly surprised a few weeks ago when I found out Mint gave out credit scores.

Be glad you don't. It's very useless.
