Though they don't show her inserting the card into a chip reader and waiting a few seconds while the other NYers behind her start to grumble and get impatient.

We hate any delays, even minor security ones.

Her sliding it the wrong way bothers me more than it should for some reason. Just ruins the entire ad for me.

That has always bothered me, too. Now that I see a still frame, her member since '14 date is bothering me since Tina Fey has been in American Express ads long before this.

American Express really needs to get their s*** together.

Gosh! It's not a real account number either! And it doesn't have the four-digit CID number on the front! It's like they don't even care anymore.
