The Verizon network still is only testing VoLTE in just a handful of phones...like 1 or 2. Most everything they have still requires CDMA for voice and they just recently started allowing data and voice to operate simultaneously.

I see all 5S and 6 iPhones have support for GSM, LTE, CDMA, UMTS, so taking them to other carriers is possible if unlocked. I missed that Apple was just making all iPhones the same now. I apologize.

I think AT&T also has VoLTE enabled but only in certain areas. I think the only place currently is parts of Chicago but there may be others.
Discover IT - $5,700
Chase Freedom - $5,700
Costco Citi - $13,000
Sallie Mae - $4,000
Chase Sapphire Preferred - $6,000
Chase Sapphire Reserve - $19,500
Citi Double Cash - $6,500
Amex BCE - $13,000

FICOs: Discover (777), SallieMae (764), Amex (767), Citi (772)
FAKOs: CK- TU (760), EQ (760)

I don't need voice service when logged in on web browser and making calls

Actually the 5 as well. IIRC there's some difference in LTE band support in the models but I think the CDMA models support more LTE bands.

The 4 was last CDMA-only model.

No need to apologize. Sorry if my post came across otherwise.

Yeah, sorry -- "GV" isn't quite as straightforward as it used to be since they've been integrating it with other services and I'm going on the older definition pre-integration.

GV is the VoIP service itself. everything else are just interface/GUI. it always says "GV subscriber is unavailable" when no one picks up the call regardless of the interface used.
