There are definitely a few 'chickens' at my gym.

I've noticed I'm one of the few people to combine abs and upper-body lifting and the treadmill in the same session at the gym. Do most lifters prefer to get their cardio from other sports? Or focus on just one or the other during workouts?

Well since I go to the gym almost all week for half a year now this year- I`m at the point that I have started to know who the people are but don`t really talk to them so i know them from sight.. most of them never do cardio while i`m there. sometimes i`m the first one to come in from the 7pm-10pm people and they just work on some machines and leave but no cardio.

the guy who i do talk to plays volleyball with a group of people.

Yeah my club is not near a planet fitness, there are no lunk alarms there.
