yup, up to now i have been fixing up the interior a bit trying to get parts. my brother recently got into an accident so in a way that made his z into a donor car. Recently my alternator went out that was a B****ch to replace!! now just imagine when those turbos go out (engine pull)

what have you done to your 240z?

Nice! I'm on the same road to weight loss as well. Started at 200, dropped to 165, slacked and gained back 10 lbs. Once I get back from vacation I'll get back to it and keep going.

Man, that sucks about your brothers car. At least you got a donor car out of it.

My Z has a ton of mods, really too much to list. To keep it short, it's got the original 2.4 liter straight 6 with a shaved head, hot cam, long tube headers, straight pipe all the way back and then a Magnaflow muffler. Converted it to a holley 390 carb, put in Corbeau seats, repainted the car blue, upholstered the interior black and blue, did some suspension work, couple after market body parts, and some ugly but ultra light wheels. I'll post some pics when I'm at the computer.

Interesting. I knew you guys were Nissan fans, or at least Nismo. Before I got the Hemi Challenger a week ago, I had an Altima, a 2013 SV with the 3.5. It was surprisingly quick. I would not compare that to the Hemi, but I will say it could move and was at the same time docile and economical. The Hemi is a beast that wants to scream and that's great if that's what you want, but I liked the Altima quite a bit.

Hope you're enjoying the challenger. I've driven them on numerous occasions and love them. I'm not a Nissan guy more than any other brand, I had a 2000 Mustang GT with a 5.4 swap before the Z.

Those altimas are really fast! I raced one a long time ago (albeit an older model) and it kept up with me in a BMW 745i with a 4.4 liter V8.

Enjoy that challenger, I'm jealous!

Edit: Here's the Z.

Wow that is a beautiful car! You can tell it's a Florida car too - no rust on it after all these years. What a beauty you drive!

Thank you, member! It makes me happy to see people appreciate it after all the time I've put onto it. I really wish I could find a better looking set of wheels for it, though.

Well I dropped from 225-8 to 170 mostly fat and some muscle but not in a healthy way (Im 6'2 BTW) , I was mostly doing cardio all the time and not much lifting so that made me look sort of scrawny at the end besides not eating well-just imagine. Then I had a friend who told me that I was looking way too skinny and that i had to eat more- while my gym friend was saying i still looked the same -_- ..

I wasn't taking any supplements at the time while I was loosing weight nor was I eating right so that fked me up because later on I developed a fatigue from late April till September 2013.. so now that I`m lifting I`m taking protein in the morning and then after I leave the gym. During my work out at the gym I take BCAAs. so then after a while I started to talk to other people at the gym and tried to get some help from them since I just started lifting and I told one guy what i was trying to get my self to (guy is is built 5'7 @ 193 built-Doesn't take creatine nor protein(supplement-only from food) and only pre work out). so then he told me where I was messing up at- well then I started eating way more than before and gained 6-7 pounds but this time I gave up cardio (well now completely its once a week now) and just concentrate on lifting. Now I make sure i meet my 2k calories a day because back then i was under 1k..
