Eh, I have to disagree. Hiring a good maintenance guy (or two, or three) is the kind of detail a good landlord pays attention to. We've had amazing service at our current place, and I have to say, I am not looking forward to moving to Boston in the fall and paying more than twice what we do now for a smaller place with no guarantee of service anywhere near as good.
