Default Which Bobs Furniture credit card promotion is best?

I am thinking about getting the Bobs Discount Furniture credit card to pay for my bedroom set but which promotion would be best for me to use?

these is the 2 options I have to use

    1. Special Rate of 14.9% APR with Regular Payments (Promotional Plan # 1045)**

    2. No Interest Options for 6 months with Regular Payments (Promotional Plan # 1145)*
must be on purchases of $399 or higher and the interest rate is 27.99% after

If I am going to take 12 to 14 months and spend about $1500-2000 which credit card offer is better for me to use?

For option number two is that a deferred interest plan where interest will be charged if the full amount is not paid off before 6 months? If it's going to take you 12 to 14 months and it is a deferred interest plan (which I am unsure of) then it would be better to take the 1st over the 2nd.

Are the promotions the reason you are choosing the Bobs Furniture credit card?
