What you are asking for does not exist. In order to extend credit the creditworthiness of the applicant must be measured. Presently the only way to accomplish this is through a credit check. A store would be foolish to lend a customer money without knowing their ability or likelihood to pay it back.

Store credit cards do require credit checks but from what I have heard approval is not too hard to get. For building credit I think getting a store card is a good route to good.

Try Colortyme, Rent-a-center, Buddie's, and other rent to own places if you are trying to get stuff with bad credit or no credit check. As far as a conventional credit card? Nah.

I have never heard of store credit cards with no credit check. Pete838's ideas are the closest you will come.
If you want a real credit card with no credit check then I recommend you visit this sponsored section of secured credit cards to rebuild credit.
