There was no written agreement, no end date that the balance had to be paid back. Payment are being made but card owner now wants all the money paid in full and has filed a claim for it. What is the liability for the total balance to be paid back by the person who was allowed to use the card? Thank for any help.
Should have gifted the money, never expecting to be paid back and chalk it up to taking care of family. That's an ugly situation for all, sorry to hear of it.
To answer the question, the account holder is 100 percent liable. I'm surprised Small Claims didn't throw it out by now.
