And with the double-rewards promotion, it's even better!
Very useful: SchwabPlat, CSP, IHG, Costco (was AA Plat), Freedom, SPG, Prestige (retention)
Somewhat useful: Discover, ED (was EDP), BCE, Hyatt
SD with activity alerts, might close: Arrival

Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech, BofA Travel PH, Aviator Red

Knowing Discover, they pretty much only give a starting limit like that to people with scores in the 600s, and without any other card even as high as 5k. Is that the case if you wouldn't mind sharing, as another data point?

Good haul by the way. I'd have loved to ever have gotten a Discover with a starting limit like that. They sure as hell are stingy about limits to people with good credit as a rule. Sorry if some of the bitterness is coming across here they are kind of strange there must be a method to the madness but it sure seems bizarre to me.

By the way the ONLY thing your Discover can't do that either of those cards can is the option for 0% interest for 6 or 18 or however many months depending on purchase amount and promotion. So those cards would be a good option for that, which you can get at any time - your Discover may or may not give you 0% for a time (mine didn't) and once that period is over, it's over. Otherwise the Discover should be a much better all around option.
