Can't speak for the UK, but in the US, you would need a US corporate presence (which means not just an address, but actual incorporation) and a US employer ID number. Also, most small business credit lines in the US are backed by personal guarantees from the principals (owners) of the corporation. To qualify, you'd likely need owners with US social security numbers, addresses and credit history.
