Exclamation Is there an American Express card that gives 2% cashback?

I was at dinner and a family friend was saying their American Express credit card gives 2% cash back. I've never heard of a card that gives 2% on every purchase. They're millionaires so they may have the Centurion card but I haven't heard of that giving you any rewards programs that gives you 2% rewards?

Seems pretty high, I know there's 1% and 1.25% but if there's 2% on all purchases I'd love to know which card it is.

There's a card out by HSBC called the "Weekend Card" or something that gives you 2% cashback on Saturday and Sunday only. Seems pretty ridiculous to me. So you're going to have a card you'll only use on weekends? Or you'll only make your purchases on weekends because that's when you can get the 2% cashback? haha

Default Amex Platinum Express Cash does

The American Express Cash Rebate Platinum card gives you 2% cash back if you spend enough. For $0-$2,000 it's 0.25%. $2001-$5,000 = 0.50%, $5001+ = 1.50%, and then a Revolve Bonus 0.50%. The thing that sucks though is the cashback is only given out once a year in February. I's a good card if you'll with with that though.

I forgot about the American Express Blue cash card. That one doesn't give you 2% but it does give you 1.5% after you spend something like $6000 or $6500 annually. Not a bad idea if you're a big spender. It would take me probably half a year to spend that much so it wouldn't work for me.
