I applied for and was approved for the CSP and Freedom today. I'm going to use these Ultimate rewards to my hearts delight. I fell in love when I realized that I could transfer points to Southwest for free flights. I'm all over this.

Did you apply for the cards at the same time in two browsers or one after the other?

Don't do the Ink until you finish the CSP/Freedom spending requirements to get the bonuses. Then you won't have to worry about it.

By the way, how much total credit do you have available now? And what were the limits approved on the CSP/Freedom?

    Active Cards:
    Chase Freedom 10+10 ($5k Limit - 8/2012)
    Chase Sapphire Preferred ($5k Limit - 2/2013)
    Discover IT ($5k Limit - 10/2012)
    AMEX Zync (No Pre-set Limit - 1/2010)
    AMEX Blue Cash Everyday ($5k Limit - 1/2013 - Backdate to 1/2010)

    Sock Drawer:
    PNC Points Visa ($500 Limit - 7/2009)
Capital One Platinum Mastercard ($750 Limit - 10/2009)

I average about 7 inquiries per bureau right now. 2-3 will be falling off in the next couple of months.

I will have over 100k of total credit after I find out how much my Freedom was approved for. I have a pretty comprehensive list of cards at this point. Once I get the Ink, I should have everything covered for almost any type of expense.
