I would have apped for it if that was the case. Credit karma says I have a good chance of being approved for that card.

Why do you want the TYP and SPG? I'm asking just out of curiosuity since we think alike about rewards.

I only want TYP if I get this promo... without it it's pretty worthless to me.

With the gift card, VR, and MP strategy, I only have about 5 more months left before I am capped out on rewards. That's where the SPG will come in, which in my opinion is better than the 2% cards. Any spending that I can't get 5% on will go on it.

Not a determining factor, but the backdating will be great with SPG too(if that applies to SPG). My AAoA needs some help!

do both cards offer this? or just the perfered which has no annual fee , I would assume it's the premiere the card with the 125.00 annual fee? But i'm just curious of which card you mean?

It's a promo they were running, which seems to no longer be available

Have you been able to find a store selling MP or VR that accept credit card? Also your BCP begin it's cap till August doesn't it?

No I havent yet. I will be going out next week to try and find them. Even with just buying gift cards I will be capped out in about 6 or 7 months. Theoretically my BCP isn't capped, but I havent called to confirm it. But that doesnt even matter because all of my local grocery stores have stopped selling $500 gift cards.

I wonder why they started selling 200 capped major gift cards at $6.95 I seen alot of 500 Visa gift cards here, but I want the MC gift card to pay bills online.
