Default Questions about the rewards on Forward

Is there a way to see itemized detail of how you earned points on your transactions?

How long does it normally to take gift cards if you order one through the thankyou site?

    1. Nope. Citi does list category for every transaction online. So do the old fashion way of adding those transaction up.

    2. It takes about a week to get the gift card.

Thanks Trumpet. I think US Bank and Discover have spoiled me with the itemized detail.

Hulu and Rhapsody show up as subscriptions. I'm still not sure if all of my Amazon purchases are getting 5x points...
