So I really like my Fidelity Amex from FIA Card Services. However, they just sent me an email offering 5% cash back during the first quarter on travel. I clicked the button to register and got an error message. I used the alternate method by entering my details and still got an error message.

So...they've just made an offer and their system is incapable of living up to it. Weak.

Here's the offer...

Earn 5% cash back
on qualifying travel purchases through March 31, 2012*

"Start this year smart by getting more out of your travel plans. Act now to earn 5% cash back (up to $25) on qualifying airfare, hotel, travel agency, car rental and cruise purchases made with your Fidelity Investment Rewards® American Express® Card through March 31, 2012."

If it was worth the effort, I would call them up and complain and get registered. As it is, it's not worth my time as I don't plan on any travel spending during this quarter.
