About LinkBacksRecently I saw a high offer for cash back on Chase Freedom but I already have the card. Can I apply for it again? or is there anyway else I can do to have the $250 cash back rewards?

No If you have it, you have it. Now if you cancel it, let's say after a few years you want the card again, then that's different.
You can look at Citibank and apply for 1 of their cards. they may have offers of 25,000 points. Bank of America, American Express Gold rewards offers this, plus 1 year free annual fee to see if you like the card. Also Chase Priority Pass offers something.

It's been known to happen with Amex before, but it shouldn't have. Generally you can't get the bonus twice for the same credit card, regardless of issuer.

No you can't, at least not for me. I had a Gold card before and tried getting another but the bonus didn't come with it. Too bad.
