    Default Citi Cards Rewards Program: How Does It Work?

    I recently got approved for the Citi Forward for college students.

    I was just curious what exactly are the Citi cards rewards program for ThankYou points? I read on different parts of the citi credit card site that it's 5 points to 1 or 2 points to 1$ on special purchases (Restaurants, bookstore, etc.). I also see on some parts of their website they mention that you get 1000 points for switching to paperless while others they don't mention anything about that at all.

    Can anyone shed any light on this? I tried calling, but I spent so long on their automated system and holding that I just gave up.
