well why would you have to go to all that trouble? all you have to do is ask the company if you can pay with another card. i just thought you all might have a list to save people some time.
i know capital one lets you
discover and chase doesnt
Capital One let's you pay your bill using a different credit card?
That's news to me. Are you sure about that?
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.
Current Cards: American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Citi Thank You Premier
thats just what they told me, i even got on to ask them again on their online chat support and each time they said yes
nevermind, got the capital one card today and the only options to pay are with bank accounts, etc.
Their chat support is probably in India and that's why the info you got was wrong.
I have always imagined Cap One customer support is probably like Peggy on the Discover commercials LOL!![]()

If you are asking about about how to pay a credit card with a different credit card it is a clear sign that financial help is needed.
In my experience, annual fees have been charged to the account prior to even receiving the card. Activation is merely a security measure designed to protect the card against theft or fraud while in transit; it seems to have no bearing on the revolving account itself.
In Australia you cannot pay one credit card with another but you can transfer money from your credit card into a bank account and then use it to pay off another card and pay the cash advance interest rate.
Example: Bankcard > transaction account > AMEX > transaction account > Visa > transaction account > Mastercard
Personally I think that method is just plain stupid but that is one way around it. I see that you are from TN but that is how it works here.
