That's a pretty solid cash back strategy, but perhaps you should consider what kind of vacation you want to take, and whether the miles/rewards route will get you better bang for buck. If you have no real plans and would rather just wing it, then cash back + UR will give you the best flexibility. However, if you are particular about which cities/hotels you want to stay in, which airline you want to fly, etc... you should plan it out now so you could load up on the right cards to accrue the right type of points you need. The sooner you prepare, the more opportunity to get more for less points.
