Cell & Restaurants: US Bank Cash + (5%)
Target: Target (5%)

Personal opinion - best use for MR or UR points is for flights, not hotels.

I really only fly Southwest. I may transfer some points to Hilton.

Your departure/destinations on SW is most likely also supported by members of the alliances of airlines that MR can be transferred to. AKA every airline. There's gotta be an airline that's a part of *A/OW/ST that charges less miles per flight than SW.

I'm not going to lie. Southwest is easy for me due to my UR points and the fact that I've always flown them. I don't really look other places when booking flights. I know that's bad. I don't like paying fees either, though.

I'm not saying you should give up using UR to fly SW. I'm saying if you have MR, you can also use those to fly (on other airlines) instead of solely relying on UR -> SW and wasting MR on Hilton.
