When I was at checkout at Mens Wearhouse the guy was recommending to me the 'Perfect Fit' credit card. I almost signed up for it b/c he said you get $50 back for every $500 you spend. Given that I spent over $600 on what was supposed to be a cheap suit, tie, shirt and shoes that $500 is easy to hit especially since I have a new job and now need a new wardrobe of suits.
Then after leaving the store I have second thoughts and regret not getting it for that purchase. When I get home I pull up Mens Wearhouse credit card on my computer. Come to find out the 'Perfect Fit' is a stand-alone
rewards system. You can use it w/o the credit card from what I can see.
Why then did the sales guy give the impression the $50 for $500 deal was from the credit card?????
And why would I ever want the card if I can get the rewards without????
