Yes I have one. It took about 7 business days to get from what I recall. I'd call them and ask them when it shipped.

I would agree. I billpay my rent and used it for Progressive since they don't take Amex directly. Shipped quicker than Wells Fargo billpay. Only downside is no auto payments but that's a minor grip since I don't have many bills that need to be used with billpay.

I received my card today and loaded it with no problem. I liked that I could load my Bluebird account into mint.com. So far, everything has been quick and easy, save for the time that it took to get my card.

I have located VRs at my local CVS and a shell gas station. I haven't tried to buy a reload at the gas station with a credit card yet, but I honestly think it will go alright in my side of town. I'm going to ride this out a little bit.

Best of luck to you, sir. Try gas stations in random areas. That might work. I would also think that stopping in a gas station at night would yield even more luck. You might get a cashier that really doesn't care.

Anybody know the limitation to sending a check to the same address but different person? I would assume that is a red flag.

I have bluebird and I use it regularly without any problem. What exactly is the worry or question?
This is a combination of Debit / credit card and checking account. Best of both.

I live in Chicago and availablility of Vanilla Reloads is 100%. Finding credit cards to get enough cash back seems to be a real challenge.

Once Citi and Freedom 5% rotating categories end this month, available choices for buying Vanilla Reloads are going to be limited to only 2% cash back cards. We lose 0.79 % cash back from $3.95 vanilla reload fee, resulting in net cashback of 1.21% from April 2013.
