This makes 3K available in Q2 for anyone doing any remodeling.

How so? I thought the cap was always $1,500, regardless of what was available in as a category...

No they do not. They have a wide variety of retail gift cards though...

Lowes cashback from credit cards is not attractive. Lowes is typically 5 to 12% expensive than similar specification items compared to HomeDepot or Menards.

Exception is the basic items like sheetrock or lumber which are priced identical in all 3 stores (similar to milk which all grocers offers for nearly same price.)

I guess Freedom wants to knock the IT on it's rear end.

I have a question about this Cashback....

We just bought a large purchase from Lowes (redoing kitchen) and we put it on the Lowes store credit to get 6 months interest free. Can I go in store and make payments using our Discover or Freedom card to get 5% CB? I have done this at other stores, but I don't know if Lowes will allow this...
