I received the card in January, and I was not receiving the bonus points either. After a couple of phone calls, I was told that the promotion would be applied to my account and everything would be corrected.
My latest statement was cut earlier this week, and I started receiving the promotional points for the cycle that just ended, but I'm still waiting for the points from January and February.
Have you received your previous points retroactively already?
