Theoretically CVS Pharmacy, but I tried a few and didn't see them.

Tried buying one today at a cvs, but the cashier wanted to confirm the purchase with the manager and he refused to sell it to me with a credit card and gave me attitude about it. I just simply thanked the cashier and left.

Decided to try again at another CVS I was close by while doing errands and this one had no problem at a self checkout register. Though while making the purchase, an employee had to come approve the charge because of the Vanilla card and he went ahead and approved it without even checking ID. The register did ask for the last 4 digits of the card I used, but that's about it. I used the Chase Freedom card and called ahead of time and informed them of the large purchase I was gonna make so they don't suspend my card or decline it. I went ahead and ordered the BlueBird so this will be my new method for paying my Student loans and rent only if I get 5% cash back :)

I suspect that part had nothing to do with the fact that you were buying the Vanilla Card. Some POS systems just request the cashier to enter the last 4 digits on the account number before it processes. I know because that's how the registers at my company work :) Good for you. I'm also looking for a way to get as much cashback as possible on certain bills I pay through the internet. I might have to attempt this also.
Amex Blue Cash Everyday - $12,000
Capital One Quicksilver - $10,000
Discover IT - $7,500
Chase Freedom - $6,900
Chase Amazon - $5,000
Sallie Mae - $5,000
Barclay NFL - $3,000
Sears - $2,001
Kohl's - $900

FICO - 817 (10/2016)

Just read this on FW. If you plan to continue buying VR's at CVS, you may want to look into the Citi TYP card. Promo offer for 5 pts on Grocery, Drug Stores, and Gas for the first 12 months (no cap). You could really rack up some points!

Citi Thank You Preferred 5 points groceries, drug stores, gasoline 12 months + bonus

Make sure you read the article Gamma linked above... Paypal doesn't like depositing money and immediately withdrawing it...
