Anyone know what gift cards are available at major department stores? I'd rather be lazy and not have to go out and look for myself :-).

Looks like Amazon sells gift cards to other stores. That means I could get 5 points through my Citi forward or 5% through Discover.
Gas: Discover It, Penfed Platinum Rewards x2, Chase freedom, Citi TYP
Plane tickets: CSP
Groceries: AMEX BCP, Penfed Platinum Rewards,Citi TYP
Clothes: Express, Amex BCP, Discover IT
Amazon: Citi Forward, Cash +
Restaurants: Citi Forward, Chase Freedom, Discover IT, CSP
Hotels and other travel: Discover Escape, CSP
Movies: BofA travel rewards visa signature(fandango), Discover IT, Citi Forward, Freedom
Bars, clubs, tomfoolery: CSP, Citi Forward, Discover IT, Freedom
Balance transfers: Kroger 123 rewards
Bill Pay: Chase Ink Plus, Citi Forward
Everyday spending: Bofa Accelerated cash rewards amex, Discover Escape

Yeah I just looked at them all. You will probably find most, if not all of those same ones available at Lowe's so you could use your Cash+ there. Store cards are just a bit of a hassle to me(I know, funny coming from the guy who just bought $3500 worth of gift cards.) But that's just me.

Ill have to check Best Buy sometime. Cash+ has 5% on electronics stores.

My local Lowe's has the cards. I will need to check out Best Buy as well. The Best Buy near me closed, though. I'm happy to be getting some more usage out of my cash + next quarter. I think I will use the department store option, unless Best Buy blows me away with its selection. Lowes had everything that Kroger would have.

My local Safeway and Lowe's sells many gift cards, including Chevron or Amazon. :oooo

to answer your question department stores only sell there own. Nordstroms only sells Nordstroms, Lord&Taylor on sells Lord&Taylor , Macys only Macys Jc Pennys I guess you get the picture.

but a place like Bed bath and beyond sell a lot that would be good for you cash back.
