What is the minimum cash back redemption for Chase?

Postby andy1088 » Thu Apr 19, 2012 7:17 pm

Is $20 the minimum? Or does it have to be in $20 increments? I'm asking because I just got a deposit for $205.72 and thought it had to be $20 or do they waive that if you bank with them? I'm referring to the Freedom card btw.
My cards
Chase-Sapphire-$5,000 Freedom-$3,000, Amazon rewards-$700, Slate-$600
Citi- Diamond Preferred-$4,000, Thank you-$2,500
Discover IT-$2,500
Bank of America cash rewards-$2,000
Capital one newcomer rewards-$500

So, once you earn $20 you can take whatever you want right? I.E. if I have $26.90 I would be able to take the whole $26.90 not just $20 right? I got the whole $205.72 put right into my account and want to make sure it's always going to be like this

Exactly. I had something like 211.87 last time I redeemed. So its any amount over 20

Chase used to have a ridiculous "pay yourself back" scheme where an old charge would be paid from the bonus amount, but that nonsense is now gone and any amount over $20 is allowed. It's my favorite cash back program as I can get every cent out without waiting for the next level.

When did they change that? That was the way I had been redeeming, and I hated it.
