We lost 79,000 thankyou points! Almost $800!!!
Our thank you network point summary page showed our point balance and the points expiring in next 90 days 0 points. We redeemed some points and the item was returned. We got the points credited back and they expired 2 days later. It doesn't make much sense. Is there anything we can do?
Thank you manager says that it would have shown points expiring, but we know that it did not. The manager couldn't help us at all and said will forward our concern about the expiring balance showing 0 to the operations department. They'll email her back and then she'll call us. Aggh! Anyone have ideas to help us?
